How it works

One tool, one night, no paperwork

1

Your bar is already listed

900-odd rooms are on the map from public records. Yours is probably one of them.

2

Players check in

A scan puts somebody on the floor and in the queue. No app required to start.

3

The room runs itself

TVs show specials, events and who is up. Nobody holds a chalkboard.

4

You see what it made

Table take, headcount and repeat visits, by night.

On the screens

What a room shows all night

Specials, happy hour, what is on tonight, who is working. Set once from a phone, and the screen runs it. That is a real board, cycling live.

Why we built it

The chalkboard is the step

Every pool night in America runs the same way: a marker on the felt, a hand-written list on the wall, and a fight over who is next. Leagues live in spreadsheets, tournaments live on clipboards, and rooms have no idea which nights make money.

We removed the step. That is the whole idea.

One-on-one with the queue beside it. Winner stays, and the next name is already on the screen.

This is the step

The list, on the table

A singles game with three waiting. A doubles game with five. Or a practice drill that draws you the ghost ball and the line. Same app, same table, no marker on the felt.

Every room we know about

Open it and it finds you — closest rooms first. The ones running Cued Up carry their tier on the pin, so a busy room stands out instead of collapsing into the pack.
