You may cancel your player subscription (Plus, Pro, or Elite) at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.
Credits are non-refundable virtual currency used within the Cue'd Up platform. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. All credit purchases are final.
Verified status is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable. Once granted, verified status remains on your account indefinitely.
Venue subscriptions (Starter, Business, Premium) may be cancelled at any time. For monthly plans, access continues until the end of the billing period with no partial refund. For annual plans, prorated refunds may be issued at our discretion for the unused portion of the term. Contact us to discuss annual plan refund requests.
Hardware rentals (kiosk tablets, QR stands, TV displays, smart coin slots) may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Hardware must be returned in its original condition and packaging. After 14 days, hardware rental fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at kyle@cuedupapp.com within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email and a description of the issue.
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. If you open a dispute through your bank or credit card company, it will be processed through Stripe's dispute resolution process. We encourage you to contact us directly first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
